80% of our clients rebook their appointments ahead of time.  Please remember to schedule early to get your preferred time. If you are unable to get in with your preferred stylist at your preferred time, it would be our pleasure to recommend one of our other stylists, or we can add you to your stylists cancellation list.  We will contact you if time becomes available.
As a courtesy, please let us know as soon as possible or at least 24hrs ahead of time, if you need to reschedule your appointment so we can give someone else the opportunity to come in.

Client Policies

  • Please feel free to help yourself to refreshments at our coffee bar while you visit.
  • Please feel free to patronize any number of our service providers at your convenience.
  • We strive to maintain an atmosphere conducive to relaxation for all our clients. Safety and consideration are required.
  • Cell phone use is prohibited when you are with your service provider.
  • Do not leave your children unattended.
  • The acoustic nature of our facility dictates a 10 minute service limit with fearful children.
  • 10% discount for patrons over sixty, on Tuesday & Wednesday.
  • 24 hour cancellation notice required for all appointments scheduled for one hour or more, to avoid full charges being billed.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may need to be rescheduled.
  • We make every effort to protect your apparel. Please wear appropriate clothing for your appointments. Chemical services can damage clothing. Hoods are bad! Smocks are available.
  • Advance credit card confirmation required for parties of three or more. 50% due one week prior. 48 hour cancellation notice required.
  • Fees for returned checks will be billed.
  • No cash refunds.
  • No Pets Allowed on the premises.
